Perry Quinn, Team Leader and Sales Professional

I am proud to head-up the Perry Quinn team of Niagara real estate professionals. My team and I know the Niagara region inside and out, and we are experts in the field, ably representing both buyers and sellers.

I have lived in and around Niagara for over 35 years. I know the history of the area, and I can tell you how different neighbourhoods have evolved over time. My comprehensive understanding of the region helps me to quickly pinpoint properties that fit your criteria; to determine the value of your home if you are selling; and decide on an effective strategy if you are buying. I can also help you discern how local trends might affect your real estate investment plans.

I can honestly say that I love the process of facilitating successful real estate outcomes. I get genuine satisfaction from helping my clients achieve their goals. Buying or selling your home is a critically important transaction, so you want to have a solid professional representing your interests.

I also love sales because I am good at it - a "natural" some say! I consistently win top performance awards at Royal LePage. In 2006 I earned the distinguished Diamond Award for residential sales in the top 3% nationally, and the Award of Excellence for consistent top-tier achievement over the past 5 years. I am especially proud of these awards because they represent so many successful outcomes for highly satisfied clients.

Mary Jane Grant, Marketing Professional

I have been in the marketing profession for 30 years. As a gold-medal graduate of the Ivey Business School, I worked for some of the world's leading advertising agencies and marketing companies. I led a number of national and international market research projects. And I served as a faculty member at both the Ivey Business School and Brock University, teaching courses on Innovation and Creativity. I am thrilled to bring all this experience to the table for the benefit of our real estate clients.

What are some of the services I add to the mix?

I continuously scan the media for news and trends in real estate on a global, national and local scale. Then I bring the most recent findings forward to our clients, both one-on-one and through our ongoing reports. I work with Perry to research the current local market, so that our clients have a keen sense of how to price their properties or structure their offers. I also use local market insight to position and promote each of our for-sale listings to its best competitive advantage.

Overall, my role is to build a strong foundation of market knowledge and insight, so we can give our clients every advantage in the real estate buying and selling process.
