Home Renovations Pay Off
Did you know that smart renovations and strategic updates to your home may bring significant returns when it’s time to sell? A new poll just released by Royal lePage finds that a respectable 36% of potential buyers say they will pay a premium for a home with updated décor. A sizeable 80% will pay more for a renovated kitchen and 73% will pay more for a renovated bathroom. New windows and new flooring also command a premium with the majority of buyers.
