Mary Jane Grant
I have been in the marketing profession for 30 years. As a gold-medal graduate of the Ivey Business School, I worked for some of the world’s leading advertising agencies and marketing companies. I led a number of national and international market research projects. And I served as a faculty member at both the Ivey Business School and Brock University, teaching courses on Innovation and Creativity. I am thrilled to bring all this experience to the table for the benefit of our real estate clients.
What are some of the services I add to the mix?
I continuously scan the media for news and trends in real estate on a global, national and local scale. Then I bring the most recent findings forward to our clients, both one-on-one and through our ongoing reports. I work with Perry to research the current local market, so that our clients have a keen sense of how to price their properties or structure their offers. I also use local market insight to position and promote each of our for-sale listings to its best competitive advantage.
Overall, my role is to build a strong foundation of market knowledge and insight, so we can give our clients every advantage in the real estate buying and selling process.
